I have loved games my whole life. In high school I found a love for Dungeons and Dragons and other RPG games. That ardor has never waned. I regularly play DND and other role-playing games weekly. I am a public school teacher working with high school students with learning disabilities. At my school I started and chair the Dungeons and Dragons club after school. I have been able to pass along some of my passion to a whole new generation of enthusiasts. I started writing DND content several years ago and began crafting adventures, gamemaster tools, player options, and arcane artifacts. I have sold many of these creations on my webpage www.theblindgoblin.com. While continuing to sell my writing, I now endeavor to branch out into selling role-playing merchandise.
I am a married father with five children. I have been married to the same great woman for 35 years, and all our children are grown. Now I get to enjoy my grandchildren. My wife is very supportive of my nerdy passions.
I love all kinds of RPGs. I regularly play D&D, Pathfinder, Call of Cthulhu, western D&D, Hole-in-Corner a spy RPG I wrote, and an assortment of others. I love to play, but I am usually relegated to being the DM/GM. A forever Dungeon Master. I love adventures with good role playing, but I also enjoy a classic dungeon crawl.
I started writing several years ago mostly because I wanted to make something for my playing group. It was a success and I began crafting more. Soon I started to publish everything on www.dmsguild.com and later www. Drivethrurpg. Com. It was amazing when someone purchased something I wrote!
My early writing was more geared towards simple one shots with some DMs tools thrown in. I had simple hand drawn maps and designed lots of homebrewed magic items. My writing, editing, mapmaking, and overall storytelling has improved significantly over the years.
