# Shipping & Returns ## Shipping Policy Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery estimates (after processing): United States: 3-7 business days. International: 7-21 business days. Digital products (PDFs, digital downloads) are delivered instantly — download links are available as soon as payment is confirmed. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Every physical order includes tracking where the carrier supports it. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs, but contact us and we will help track your package. ## Returns Policy Yes — we accept returns. If you're not happy with a physical product, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. How to start a return: Email us at ed@theblindgoblin.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging. Details: Items must be returned in original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery (not the order date). The buyer pays return shipping, except when the item arrived damaged, defective, or is the wrong item — in those cases we cover it fully. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Exchanges are handled as a return + new order, or we can ship a replacement directly for damaged/defective items. Digital products are final sale and can't be returned once downloaded, unless the file is defective or not as described — in which case we'll replace it or refund you. Cancellations: You can cancel any physical-product order within 2 days of purchase for a full refund, before it ships. Just email us. Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. Questions?
